Alex Dowding

Alex is an energetic and dynamic Strength and Conditioning and Strongman Coach who thrives on both mental and physical challenges. With a strong background in endurance sports, she has competed nationally in cross country, distance track running and athletics.

Alex's passion for nutrition and long-term health drives her to continually expand her knowledge, as she is a registered Nutritional Therapist and currently pursuing an MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour at Bournemouth University.

Her diverse experience spans working in Dubai and the UK as a PT and Fitness Instructor and she has spent the last 5 and a half years in Hong Kong coaching CrossFit, S&C and Strongman. She was also Studio Manager of an F45 for 2 years.

Alex has worked individually with semi-pro athletes, geriatrics, rehabilitation, postnatal and first-time goers. She loves the vibrant community that non-commercial gyms offer and enjoys the continual diversity of skills that can be developed at any fitness level.

Dedicated to helping clients move well and achieve their health and fitness goals, Alex encourages everyone to have fun and find enjoyment on their fitness journey.
