Small Group PT
Our SGPT membership delivers personalised strength and conditioning in a supportive, semi-private setting led by expert coaches. The SGPT members enjoy full access to classes, along with open gym privileges. This unique experience is designed to elevate your fitness journey, offering an unparalleled workout environment.
Classes & Open Gym
Our "Classes & Open Gym" membership combines expert-led workouts in barbell, kettlebells, gymnastics, and cardio with unlimited open gym access daily. It includes diverse programs like Functional Bodybuilding, Group Classes, and Metcon, ensuring a varied and result-driven fitness experience.
Off Peak
Our Off Peak Membership offers weekday access to all classes and the open gym between 10:30 and 17:00, excluding weekends. It includes programs like Functional Bodybuilding, L.I.F.E., and Spin, designed for those who prefer to train during quieter hours.
Teens
Our Teens Membership provides tailored fitness classes for Pre Teens (9-12 years) and Teens (13-17 years), focusing on foundational movements and basic lifting with appropriate progression. The program includes twice-weekly, 45-minute sessions.

If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
