E-Motion Fitness Hub Ltd - Terms of Service
Membership Commitment
Minimum Commitment: All members must commit to a minimum of 3 months. We recommend a 12-month commitment for maximum benefits.
Notice for Termination: To terminate your membership after the initial 3-month period, a 30-day written notice is required. This may result in one final full membership payment after notice is given.
Example: If notice is given on September 15, 2022, the final payment will be on October 1, 2022, allowing membership use until October 31, 2022.
Notice Submission: Send your termination notice to operations@emotionfitnesshub.com and complete our Exit Survey. Text, social media, WhatsApp, or other informal messages are not accepted.
Class Policies
Cancellations: Classes must be canceled at least 2 hours in advance via the app to avoid being marked as a late cancellation.
Reservations: Members must check in at least 5 minutes before class start time, or the spot may be given to a waitlisted client.
Personal Belongings
Liability: E-Motion Fitness Hub Ltd is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Members assume all risks for their personal items.
Health and Safety
Injury/Illness Notification: Members must inform the instructor of any injuries, illnesses (including flu or COVID-19 symptoms), pregnancies or medications that may affect performance/ health before a class. This information will remain confidential.
Instructions: Please always ensure you follow the rules/guidelines given to you by the instructors present
Behaviour: Ensure you behave in a safe and respectful manner during your time spent at the facilities
Refund Policy
Monthly Memberships: All classes and membership packages are non-refundable.
Class Packs/Paid In Full Memberships: These are also non-refundable. Monthly session payments must be completed within the designated time or they will be forfeited.
Membership Pause
Pause Terms: Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months by emailing operations@emotionfitnesshub.com. Requests must be submitted 14 days before the next payment. Pauses must follow calendar months.
Extended Pauses: For pauses longer than 3 months, membership must be canceled and re-subscribed, with a new 3-month commitment and potential fee changes.
Membership Types: The above terms apply to all membership types including those paid in full for any length.
Children and Pets
Gym Policy: No children or pets are allowed in the gym during peak times. Children may be allowed during off-peak times if they are seated and not disruptive.
Peak Times: Monday-Friday 06:00-10:30 and 17:30-Close; Saturday 08:00-11:00.
Automated Class Cancellation
Class Attendance: Classes with no attendees 2 hours before start time will be automatically canceled.
Privacy Policy
Commitment: We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the General Data Protection Regulations, and other applicable laws.
Information Collected: We may collect personal information such as your name, address, email, phone number, IP address, browser type, and other technical details about your visit to our website.
Use of Information: Information is used to process service requests, improve services, notify about changes, and ensure website security. Promotional communications will be sent only with your consent.
Data Protection: We have measures in place to protect your data, including secure servers and encryption where necessary.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not share personal information unless required by law or with your consent, except with trusted partners for analytics and operational purposes.
Data Transfer
International Transfers: We will not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without ensuring adequate protection and legal safeguards.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, transfer, and object to the processing of your personal data. Requests should be sent to our business by email and will be processed within one month.
