Lyndsey Mekin-Hewitt

Lyndsey is a former GB gymnast, professional acrobat and CrossFit Games quarter finalist. She has a BSc Sports Science and a PGCE in Physical Education. Lyndsey coached high performance gymnastics at a centre of excellence for 10 years, and continued her movement training in Pilates, mobility and Functional Fitness Gymnastics . With a passion for continuing professional development she is now completing her Strength and Conditioning L4 and Youth Specialist in Strength and Conditioning training.
