Steph Doehr

Steph is a dedicated Sports Massage Therapist, offering deep tissue, sports massage, and myofascial dry cupping. She will also be offering lymphatic drainage massage beginning in April. Currently pursuing her Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy qualification, she is committed to helping athletes and active individuals optimize performance, prevent injury, and enhance recovery.

Steph’s background in fitness, coaching, and military service gives her a unique perspective on body mechanics, rehabilitation, and long-term health. Whether addressing muscular tension, aiding post-exercise recovery, or supporting rehabilitation, her goal is to provide tailored treatment that promotes sustainable movement and overall well-being.
