“Warning - Do not join this gym. I have become a fitness addict, and E-Motion Fitness Hub is my dealer. I was quite happy with my bro-sesh splits and circuits at a 24-hour gym, but after seeing an Instagram ad and sending a short message to James and Jack, I completed a semiprivate personal training session, and I was hooked.
Four years have passed since then, and they have weathered COVID, undergone a massive upgrade to a new location with a dangerously good coffee shop @happyatthehub, and welcomed even more members. Yet, they continue to provide the friendly and professional service that drew me in years ago.
Not only does the gym boast top-of-the-line equipment, but they also offer well-structured classes with top-notch coaches throughout the week. They provide online programs and an open gym as well. They even have @shannons_16 to help me sort out my hair and @rehub.uk to patch me up if I get injured, so there's no escaping that endorphin rush.
Another highlight is that my family enjoys visiting the gym too. So, even if I don't feel like training, I get dragged to the gym by my wife, who is also a serious addict, and my 2-year-old, who now wants to do burpees in the team workout and makes me join in.
On a personal note, it is an excellent way to escape the world and improve oneself one day at a time. I'm an early bird and even when I'm training at 6 am in the cold, dark winter mornings, I still look forward to getting up, hitting the workout, catching up with the team, and grabbing a coffee, protein shake, or breakfast from @happyatthehub to set me up for the day. I've gained more strength and am gradually getting fitter each week. I've even competed in some fitness competitions, and what's worse is I want to do more. Please send help.”
