What is Hyrox?
HYROX combines running and functional workout stations in a dynamic format. Participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Races are held indoors in large exhibition halls, creating an immersive experience with continuous spectator support. This format is consistent worldwide, featuring global leaderboards and a cumulative World Championships at each season's end. HYROX is suitable for both professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all levels.
